Online applications are invited for direct recruitment for the under mentioned
posts of (PGT)‐ H.E.S.‐II (Group‐B Services) through the website of C-DAC, Mohali i.e.
www.recruitment-portal.in The online application can be filled up from 05th September, 2014
upto 26th September, 2014 till 5.00 p.m. thereafter website link will be disabled. The
candidates are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of
submission of online application. The printed copy of the online form with necessary
certification will be brought at the time of interview/ verification. The details of the posts are

(b) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test
(HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the
post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana,
Bhiwani/One Time exemption of HTET (See Note-1).
(c) Essential qualification (EQ) is given with each post.
Age: 18‐42 years, relaxation as given in special instructions.

NOTE
Note 1. A one time exemption of HTET/STET has been granted to the candidates who
have worked for minimum 4 years till 11.04.2012 in privately managed Govt.
Aided Schools, Recognized Schools and Govt. Schools. They will have to qualify
HTET not later than 1st April 2018 otherwise their services will be terminated
automatically. Qualification / eligibility conditions and certificates will be
determined with regard to last date fixed for submission of online applications
also called as closing date given in the advertisement.
Note 2. One time exemption certificate for HTET/STET & one time upper age relaxation
certificate from Head of the Institute is required to be verified by DEO & counter
signed by Director of Secondary Education of the concerned State. One time
implies that an applicant can apply only once for a particular category of post in
the first advertisement. No such exemption will be granted in the subsequent
advertisement
Note 3. A person who has passed HTET/STET without the qualification of B.Ed. before
the date i.e. 11.04.2012 of notification of Service Rules concerned, shall be
considered eligible for the post of PGT.
Note 4. 3% of vacancies shall be reserved horizontally for persons with disabilities of
suffering from (i) blindness or low vision, (ii) hearing impairment and (iii)
locomotor disability or cerebral palsy
Note 5. 33% posts in each category i.e. General/Open Competition (OC), Scheduled
Caste (SC), Backward Class (A & Backward Class s (B), SBC, EBPGC and Ex
serviceman (ESM) shall be reserved for women and this reservation shall be
horizontal
Note 6. If the quota reserved for Ex-servicemen or Backward Classes remains unfilled
due to non-availability of suitable Exservicemen or their dependents or non
availability of suitable candidates from Backward Classes there will be 2%
reservation of freedom fighter & the children/grand children to that extent.
Note 7. Candidates having qualified Certificate of HTET/STET conducted by Board
of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani only will be eligible.
Note 8. A member of Service appointed by the direct recruitment shall be liable to serve
for a continuous period of five years in the rural area from the date of
appointmen
Note 9. Reservation in Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B),
SBC, EBPGC and Ex-serviceman (ESM) & PHC are only for Haryana State.
Note 10. Degrees/Diploma/Certificate from institution/University not recognized by
Department of Education, Haryana will not be eligible.
Note 11. 5% relaxation in qualifying marks are allowed for SC and PHC candidates.
Note 12. Physically Handicapped Candidates means Physically Challenged/Persons
with Disabilities.

Note 14. In case of any guidance/information/clarification regarding the online filling of
the form the candidate can call at CDAC Mohali helpline Nos. 0172‐6619054 and
0172‐6619055 on all working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called
for interview. In the event of number of applications being large scale the Haryana School
Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) may short list the candidates for interview by holding a
written examination or on the basis of academic criteria or percentage cut off to be adopted
by the Board. The decision of the Board in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an
application, eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criteria for selection etc. will
be final and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in
this regard.
