Challenge in the present petition is to the communication dated 3.3.2010 (Annexure P-3), vide which the petitioner was directed to be relieved as JBT Guest Teacher. Though the petitioner earlier filed CWP No.6791 of 2010
challenging the aforesaid order, however, the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 16.8.2011. It is sought to be claimed that the same was withdrawn on the assurance of the authorities that the case of the petitioner will be considered. However, the fact remains that even thereafter the petitioner kept quiet for more than 3 years and did not file any petition before the court, in case the petitioner was not granted relief by the authorities.

The appointment of the petitioner was otherwise also only as JBT Guest Teacher, which was contractual in nature. It is not in dispute that after 2010, number of regular appointments have been made as JBT Teacher by the State of Haryana.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I do not find that any ground is made out to interfere in the present petition.
