HSSPP recruitment computer instructor court case Haryana 2016- 401 candidates won the case in Punjab and Haryana High court who to take part in HSSPP computer instructor selection process having more than 60 % marks in post graduation but having less than 60% marks in graduation. HSSPP ordered to such candidates/petitioners who were in case cwp no. 7240 of 2014 & cwp no. 9809 of 2016 have to submit their application form hard copy to Deputy director (Administrator), HSSPP, Shiksha sadan, 3rd floor,sector 5, Panchkula office before 24.05.2016.

HSSPP issued a corrigendum regarding computer instructor (CI) and junior computer instructor (JCI) qualification. See the new qualification detail below for computer instructor and junior computer instructor of HSSPP.
CORRIGENDUM
Reference Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad's Advt. No. RMSA/ADMN/lCT/2016143927 dated 17.03.2016 regarding fitting up posts of Computer Instructors, pubtished in various Newspaper i.e. Times of India, Dainik Bhaskar and Dainik Jagran on 18.03.2016 and atso available on www.recruitment-portal.in and www.hsspp.in.
The candidates with the following educational qualification are now also eligible to apply for the post of Computer Instructor:
a) Candidates having B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/lT) degree with 60% or more marks & with at least one year Computer Teaching experience.
b) Candidates having MCA, M.Tech (Computer Science/lT), M.Sc (Computer Science/lT) degrees with 60% or more marks in the Graduation degree & with at least one year Computer Teaching experience.
The last date for submission of online application has been extended up to 5:00 PM
on 22.04.2016 and the closing date for deposit of fees will be 26.04.2016.

Duration of exam will be 2 hour.

Present: Mr. Jasbir Mor, Advocate for the petitioners.

Through the present petition the petitioners seek consideration of their candidature for appointment as Junior Computer Instructor on contractual basis after removing the condition of 60% marks in B.Sc. (Computer Science) as imposed vide advertisement dated 17.03.2016.
As per the prescribed qualifications, candidates possessing MCA, M.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) and M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) with 60% marks in Graduation are eligible for consideration of their candidature.
Learned counsel for the petitioners inter-alia submits that most of the petitioners possess more than 60% marks in their post-graduation degrees but did not have 60% marks in their graduation degrees. Therefore a challenge is made to the condition of 60% marks in graduation inter-alia on the ground that the same is arbitrary having no nexus with the object sought to be achieved. It is further
submitted that the petitioners who are having more than 60% marks in their post graduation
degrees irrespective of the fact that they did not have more than 60% marks in their graduation degrees should be considered.
Notice of motion for 18.07.2016.
In the meanwhile subject to their eligibility on other counts, purely on provisional basis, the petitioners shall be permitted to take part in the selection process on submission of hard copies of their applications. However, their results shall not be declared without the leave of this Court.
