4th class to clerk promotion 388 employee

The following 388 Group-D employees who are matriculate and working in the field offices of Secondary Education Department are hereby provisionally promoted as clerk in the Haryana School Education Department subordinate offices Ministrial Cadre (Group-'C') services in the pay band FPL-2(19900-63200)Plus usual allowances as sanctioned by Govt. of Haryana from time to time and are posted against vacancy post in the office mentioned against their names with immediate

effect:-

The above promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:-

1. This promotion is subject to the modification and cancellation, if in any case discovery

of any faulty data his promotion order will stand canceled without any notice.

2. This order is subject to review in case it transpires at a later stage that some senior

persons who are otherwise eligible could not be promoted.

3. That the promotion is without prejudice to the seniority or any other benefits of the

official whose case is yet to be decided.

4. The above promotion orders have been ordered against the purely vacant post. In case of

non-availability of vacancy, the promote should report to the Directorate for further

posting.

5. His/Her promotion is on the provisional basis. He/She can be reverted to his/her original

post at any time without any notice, if his/her work and conduct is not found

satisfactory and if there is no post of clerk against whom they can be retained.

6. His/Her promotion is subject to the amended service rules 08.11.2013 regarding type

test will be applicable on his/her.

7. That his/her promotion and posting order is subject to the condition that in case his/her

matric/higher examination certificate is found fake or from the un-recognized

University/board his/her promotion order will stand canceled and he/she will be liable

for reversion to the substantive post.

8. This promotion is subject to the condition that there is no adverse remark of integrity in

the ACR's mentioned against his/her names.

9. The DEO concerned will not allow the promote to join them duties in case any enquiry

under Rule-7/8 of Haryana Civil Services (P&A) Rules 1987 is pending against them.

10. He/She will remain on probation for a period of one year which can be extended in

terms of Service Rules, in case their work and conduct is not found satisfactory.

11. In case the above conditions are acceptable to his/her, he/she should report at the place

of posting within 15 days failing which these orders would stand canceled.
