MDM scheme is for the 1st to 8th class students studying in Govt. School. In Haryana MDM has divided into two parts primary classes(1st to 5th) and upper primary classes ( 6th to 8th). For primary classes, 100gm/student wheat/rice is provided by the department for the recipes and for upper classes 150gm/student. The cooking cost increases every year for MDM.
