Child Care Leave (CCL) & other Leave Rules and letter

CCL is provided to Haryana Govt. female employee for caring of the child. CCL is provided to the first two children whose age is less than 18 years. According to the new rule, the woman can also avail CCL for the third child. Childcare leaves also admissible during the probation period. Now no need to nil the earned leave. Minimum CCL period must be one month. After joining duty one can also apply CCL again but the condition is duty period must be one month or more.

केंद्र सरकार ने मातृत्व और CCL में किए कुछ बदलाव
1.Surrogate child होने पर भी माँ को 180 दिन की और पिता को 15 दिन की छुट्टी मिलेगी ।
2.दिव्यांग बच्चे की देख भाल के लिए कर्मचारी कभी भी CCL ले सकता है 18 साल की आयु सीमा हटा दी गयी है ।

3.अब आप CCL लेकर LTC या विदेश भ्रमण पर भी जा सकते हैं ।
4.अब आप 5 दिन के लिए भी CCL ले सकते हैं पहले ये सीमा 15 दिन की थी ।
