Subject: Re-Verification of Experience Certificates of Newly Selected
PGT Candidates (other than Mewat) of subject Psychology,
History, Sociology, Pol. Sci., Home Sci., Commerce, Punjabi,
Geography, Physics, Chemistry & Maths.
Haryana School Teacher Recruitment Board has selected PGT
Candidates in various subjects on the basis of 4 year teaching experience.
Experience Certificates of all such Candidates were got verified but in some
cases there were some doubts. It has been decided to Re-Verify the Experience
Certificates of such candidates (as per list attached) on 28.04.2014 at 10:00
A.M. at Directorate of Secondary Education Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, 6th
Floor, Sector 5, Panchkula.
District Education Officers of the concerned district are
requested to convey to the Candidates and Principals of the Schools, which
have issued Experience Certificate, to get the Experience Certificate Verified on
the date, time and venue mentioned above. The DEO's/Authorized
Representative and the Principals/Authorized Representative of such Schools
are requested to attend the Experience Certificate Verification along with
records as per following details:-
1. School Permission/Recognition Letter.
2. Teacher Attendance Register for the period.
3. Acquaintance roll/ Salary Payment Record.
4. Teacher Result Register & Board Result of the entire staff for the
period.
5. Office Copy of the Experience Certificate.
6. Other Related Record related to issuance of Experience Certificate.
