Applications for recruitment of PGTs in Kisan Adarsh Vidayalas in Haryana.
Online applications are invited for filling up of the under mentioned categories of posts under M,rdal
School Scheme in Kisan Adarsh Vidayalas on contractual basis initially for a period of one year and further
extendable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance. These posts are purely contractual in natrgre.
The online application form can be fitled up at the website http://recruitment-portal.in up to 5.00 p.M. on
20/0812014 thereafter, website link will be disabled. The candidates are strongly advised to apply online ,vell
in time without waiting for the last date of submission of online application. The candidate will bring the prirrted
copy of the online application form along-with necessary certificates at the time of verification of document. No
offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the oflice.
Qualificatiott/eligibility conditions, age and certificates will be determined with regard to last date fixed for
submission of online application form. The details of posts as under:-
No. 1: Post Graduate Teachers (pGTs) (91 posts)
Qualifications common to all categories of pGTs :
(i) The subject in which Post Graduation is done should be one ofthe subjects in Graduation; and (iD B.Ed./M.Phil with 50% marks from recognized university.
(iii) Matriculation with Hindilsanskrit or 10+2/8.A./M.a. with Hindi as one of the subjec! and (iv) Certificate of having qualified State Teacher's Eligibility Test (STET)/ Haryaia Teacher's Eligibility
Test (HTET)Alational Eligibitity Test (NET).; and
(v) Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi medium; and
(vi) Consistent good academic record; and
(vii) Conversant in IT skills and effective use of new technologies as tools for learning.
(viii) In case of PGTs, in the_.subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathemaiics and Commerce, tne candidates who have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET), condition of B.Ed./M.phil. will not be applicable.
(ix) Aget 2l to 40 as on 20-08-2014.
(x) Essential qualification (Ee) is given with each post.
1 (a) : 16 posts of PGT English
M.A. English with at least 55% marks from recognized university.
I (b): 19 posts of PGT physics
M'Sc. Physics/ Applied Physics/ Nuclear Physics/Electronics Physics with at least 55% marks from recognised university.
I (c): 19 posts of PGT Chemistry
M.Sc. Chemistry or Bio- Chemistry with atleast 55olo marks from recognized university. w't .e1 (d): 19 posts of PGT Mathematics
M.A./M.So. Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics with atleast 55% marks from recognised universitl .
I (e): 18 posts of PGT Commerce
M.Com. with Accounting/Cost accountingffinancial accounting as a major subject of study with atleast
55% marks from recognized university. Holders of degree of M.Com. in Applied Business Econornics
shall not be elieible.
No.2: Pay Scale: The incumbent appointed will be paid consolidated contractual amount on the basis of
currently applicable basic salary on the said posts. In addition, the DA, House Rent and fixed meclical
allowance, as applicable from time to time on the Government pattern will also be paid. At current
rates, the total approximate entry level emoluments will be Rs. 16890/- for the post of pGTs.
No. 3: Application Fee: Application fees (non-refundable) amounting toRs.500/-+Rs,20 (Bank charges) for
General and other category candidates and Rs.250/-+Rs.20 (Bank charges) for Female/SC/PH
candidates of Haryana state will be payable through challan, generated after online filling of application.
Candidates belonging to other reserved categories (SC/BC/ESM/PHC candidates of Haryana Strte)
must ensure that they have valid caste certificate issued by the competent authority. In case, at the
time of verification of documents, it is found that certificates are not valid, their candidature wil be
rejected.
No. 4; Consistent Good Academic Record means that out of the lower qualifications i.e.
Graduation/10+2/Matric etc., other than the requisite minimum qualification, one must secure atl(rast
55 % marks in one lower examination and 50% in the two lower examinations. lf there are only t.wo
lower examinations, then one must have secured atleast 55 % marks in one lower exam and 5096 in
another.
No. 5: Professional Training Diploma or Certificate awarded by any State, Board or University other than
Haryana Education Department will be recognized only if this Degree or Diploma or Certificate has
been recognized bythe Haryana Government.
No. 6: A Diploma/degree course in teacher education recognised by the National Council for Teaclrer
Education (NCTE) only shall be considered. However, in case of Diploma in Education (Sper:ial
Education) and B.Ed. (Special Education), a course recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India
(RCl) only shall be considered.
No. 7: 33% posts in each category shall be reserved for women and this reservation shall be horizontal.
No. 8: Candidates having qualified HTET/STET conducted by Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani for
this category of teachers only wil be eligible.

No. 12: The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for appearing in a
test and interview. In the event of number of application being large, the Department of School
Education, Haryana may short list the candidates for interview by conducting a written test. The
decision of the Parishad in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application,
eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of and criteria for selection etc. will be final and
binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard
