2006 की विज्ञापन वाली हिंदी लेक्चरर की 54 पोस्ट के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा दिए आदेश के अनुसार HSTSB ने पुन: आवेदन मांगे थे और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 31-03-2015 तक भर्ती पूरी करने का सख्त आदेश दिया था

ऐसा नहीं है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश की पालना न होने का कोई संज्ञान नहीं लिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकार द्वारा शपथपत्र दे कर भी 31-03-2015 तक 54 पदों की भर्ती पूरी न करने का कड़ा संज्ञान लिया है और 5 मई को हुई सुनवाई में सख्त रवैया अपनाते हुए 6 जुलाई 2015 को शिक्षा विभाग के मुख्यसचिव को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में तलब कर लिया है। यानि ये भर्ती तो हर हाल में करनी ही पड़ेगी।"
आज HSSC ने उसी आदेश की पालना में पब्लिक नोटिस जारी कर ही दिया--

कोर्ट का आदेश
In view of the above order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, The Haryana Staff Selection Commission invites online application forms through CDAC-Mohali website i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in from those unsuccessful candidates who had earlier applied for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre), Cat No. 6 against Advertisement No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006. The details of such candidates are available on the website of HSSC and CDAC-Mohali i.e. www.hssc.gov.in and www.recruitment-portal.in respectively. The online application can be filled up from 12th June, 2015 to 3rd July, 2015 till 5.00 P.M. through CDAC-Mohali website i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in . Thereafter website link will be disabled. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online application forms well in time without waiting for the last date. However, the eligibility conditions regarding age, academic qualification written test and criteria etc. for the said post will be the same as per Advertisement No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006 and will remain unchanged.
