Clerks promoted against the post of Statistical Assistant 2015- Haryana education department

The following Clerks whose cases have been recommended/forwarded by the
concerned DEOs are hereby promoted against the post of Statistical Assistant
in the field offices in the officiating capacity with effect from 01.06.2013 in the
grade of Rs. 9300-34800-Grade Pay of Rs. 3200 plus usual allowances as
sanctioned by the Haryana Government from time to time and are posted
against vacant posts in the offices mentioned against their names.

The above promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:-
That these promotions are subjects to review/cancellation in case any
discrepancy regarding eligibility is found at a later stage.
That these promotion orders are without prejudice to the right of the
seniors, if any, whose promotion cases may be decided at a later stage.
That their promotions are subject to the condition that no adverse
remarks against integrity are found in their ACRs mentioned against
their names in the column of ACR required.
That their seniority in the Assistant cadre will be determined later on as
per instructions/ Rules issued from time to time by the
Govt. / Department.
5. That these officials should fulfill the conditions as prescribed in the
Service Rules / approved terms and conditions. In case it transpires at a
later stage that any employee does not fulfill the conditions as prescribed

in the service rules, he/she shall be reverted / relieved to his original
• post immediately.
6. They will have to join their duties at the place of new assignment within
15 days from the date of issue of promotion/posting orders failing which
these orders shall stand automatically cancelled and they will forfeit their
claim for seniority as Statistical Assistant.
