REGARDING ADJUSTMENT OF DISPLACED GUEST TEACHERS.
Reference on the subject cited above.
In continuation of this office order No. 15/59-2005 Co (4) dated 03.11.2010 the revised format attached at Annexure 'A' for the adjustment of displaced Guest Teachers is sent herewith. It is requested that in future the profile of the displaced guest faculty may be sent in the said format.

ORDER NO. 15/59-2005 CO (4) DATED CHANDIGARH THE 24.12.2010

In continuation of this office order No. 15/59-2005 Co (4) dated 27.10.2010,
08.11.2010 and 01.12.2010 whereby the committees of the Officers were constituted at the Directorate level for examining the cases of displaced Guest faculty teachers for adjustment. Now the committee(s) will be examining the cases on Tuesday of every week instead of 2nd and 17th day of each month, in order to access the eligibility of guest faculty for re-adjustment. In case the Tuesday of any week happens to be holiday then the committee(s) would be examining the cases on the next working day of that weak.
