New transfer policy 2016 -Objection invited ( if any) for zone transfer policy
Once again education department Haryana invited objection regarding new transfer policy zone 2016. Last date to submit your objection is 23.05.2016 on prescribed format given below.
Regarding inviting objections/suggestions for Zone allocation of Govt. Schools as per
revised definition for 11 districts
In continuation of the Public Notice dated 03.02.2016 regarding inviting objections/suggestions for Zone allocation of Govt. Schools. Department has revised criteria for allocation of zones for 11 district i.e. Bhiwani, Faridabad, Fatehabad, Gurgaon, Hisar, Jhajjar, Mewat, Rewari, Sirsa, Sonipat and Yamuna Nagar.
Department vide this notice again invites objections from the stakeholders (i.e. Employees / General Public) regarding allocations of Zone for Government Schools in above mention 11 districts.
All stakeholders are requested to submit their objections (if any) in the following format alongwith justification and evidence through email at eduhry.notice2016@gmail.com latest by 15.04.2016.

चंडीगढ़ - तबादला नीति का मसौदा तैयार, 19 तक आपत्ति दे सकते हैं शिक्षक
शिक्षा विभाग ने तबादला नीति का ड्राफ्ट तैयार कर इस पर शिक्षकों की राय जानने के लिए विभाग की वेबसाइट पर डाला है। इस नीति पर कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव 19 फरवरी तक eduhry.notice2016@gmail.com पर मेल किए जा सकते हैं। शिक्षा मंत्री रामबिलास शर्मा ने बताया कि नई तबादला नीति के लिए स्कूलों को सात जोन में बांटा गया है। पहला जोन जिला मुख्यालय की शहरी नगरपालिका क्षेत्र के भीतर और दूसरा जोन जिला मुख्यालय की नगरपालिका क्षेत्र के 10 किलोमीटर के दायरे में स्थित स्कूलों का बनाया गया है।

Regarding inviting objections/suggestions for Zone allocation of Govt. Schools
Department of School Education, Haryana has drafted New Transfer
Policy (available on website), As per provision contained in this Draft
Transfer Policy Government Schools are classified into Seven Zone on
the basis of area type/geographical location etc. of school as per criteria
given below :
“All Government Schools of every district shall be categorized into
following seven zones for the purpose of transfer of employees:
Zone 1 Schools located within Municipal area of the City of District
Headquarters.
Zone 2 Schools located within the 10 KM radius starting from the
boundary of Municipal Area of District Headquarters.
Zone 3 Schools located in the City/ Town of Educational Block
Headquarters except those which are co-located with District
Headquarters.
Zone 4 Schools located on the State Highways or National Highways
between 10 K.M. to 15 K.M. outside the M.C. area of the
District Headquarters.
Zone 5 Schools located in the radius of 5 K.M. of Block Headquarters.
Central point shall be Main Bus Stand of the City.
Zone 6 Schools located between the radius of 5-10 K.Ms of Block
Headquarters, Central point being the bus stand of the City.
Zone 7 All remaining schools located in the farthest area and not
covered in above categories.
Note: 1. Zone 1 shall be known as uppermost category and zone 7
shall be lowest category.
2. If the location of a school falls in more than one Zones, it
shall be considered as covered in the Zone of upper category.”
Zone-wise list of all schools is also available at annexure ‘A’
Department vide this notice invites objections from the
