GUIDELINES FOR CANDIDATES

1. AGE FOR TEACHING STAFF.

As on 01 Apr 2016, the age of candidate should be:-

(a) Fresh candidates - Below 40 years.

(b) *Experienced candidates - Below 57 years (Incl ESM)

(*should have minimum 5 years teaching experience in the

appropriate category in the last 10 years)

2. AGE FOR ADM STAFF.

(a) Maximum age for initial employment for Adm staff would be 55 years on the

day of closing date of receipt of application.

3. Please attach a Draft of Rs 100/- (Non refundable) in favour of “Principal Army

Public School Pathankot” alongwith the prescribed application form. Cash/cheque will not

be accepted

4. Attested photocopies of following documents to be attached with the prescribed

application form and submitted to Principal Army Public School Pathankot, Near KV No 2,

Army Area Sujanpur -145001on or before 27 Feb 2016 at 1400 hrs.

(a) Teaching Staff.

(i) Class X board certificate for ascertaining Date-of-Birth.

(ii) *Graduation/Post Graduation mark sheet.

(iii) *B.Ed.

(iv) AWES Score card & CTET/STET passing certificate (if any)

(v) Experience certificate as mentioned in the application form.

(*50% marks are required in both Graduation/PG as well as B. Ed)

(b) Adm Staff

(i) Class X board certificate/proof of date of birth certificate

(ii) Experience certificate (if any).

(iii) Copy of discharge book (for Ex Servicemen).

Note

(a) Date of interview will be intimated later.

(b) Only short listed candidates will be called for the interview.

(c) School may not call for all subjects advertised.
