The result of selected candidates for the posts of PGTs in various subjects for Aarohi Model Schools advertised vide advertisement No. SSA/Admn/0768, dated 31.07.2014 was declared on 23.05.2018. Some posts have remained vacant due to not joining by some selected candidates from the main list. Three times candidates (if available), placed in the waiting list of their respective subjects, are hereby invited against one vacancy to attend the counseling for opting stations for appointment against the posts of PGTs left vacant. If number one candidate of the waiting list will not appear in the counseling then chance will be given to number 2 and then No. 3. They are requested to appear for counseling for opting schools for the appointment at 10:00 AM on 14.08.2018 in Aarohi Cell, 2" Floor, 0/o Director Secondary Education, Shiksha Sadan, Sector- 5, Panchkula, Haryana.

Note:- • Candidates are advised to reach the counseling venue well in time. If a candidate is not present at the time of his/her call, the next candidate will be given the opportunity to choose the station of his/her choice. No request or representation in this regard will be entertained. So it is in the interest of the candidates that they reach the counseling venue half an hour before starting of the counseling. • Candidates should carry relevant documents in original and a set of self-attested copies of all related documents. • The offer of appointment will be strictly in order of merit of the result dated 23.05.2018. • This call for counseling does not mean that the candidates shall be offered the appointment. The offer of appointment shall be strictly in order of merit of the result dated 23.05.2018 and only against the posts left vacant by not joining by the candidates from the main list. • Any post, rendered vacant as a result of resignation by any selected candidate from the main list after joining shall not be deemed to be the vacancy for the candidates from the waiting list. Posts left vacant due to not joining of the candidates from the main list shall only be offered to the candidates from the waiting list in order of merit
