On the subject cited above, as per directions of the Govt. of India Department of School Education & Literacy, New Delhi Constitution Day has to be celebrated in all the schools of the State. It is important to ensure the wearing of Mask, following Physical Distancing and maintain of Hand Hygiene As a part of celebrations a number of activities aimed at highlighting and reiterating the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution are organized, In this regard, Hon'ble Prime Minister will read the Preamble at 11.00 am on 26th November, 2020

In this connection, you are requested to ensure the following 1. Conducting reading of Preamble at 11.00 am alongwith Hon'ble Prime Minister in the offices/ schools by duly following Covid protocols 2. Talks/ webinars may be organized on constitution values and fundamental

Principles of Indian constitution

3. It may be ensured that all the students and teachers participate in reading of the Preamble. The required webinar link will be created by the school head and will be shared by the teachers/schools through e-communication channels
