The suggestions/objections were invited from concerned stakeholders through your offices. Now, the implementation of zone definition will be scrutinized and finalised after thorough discussion with representatives of Teacher Unions.

It is intimated that a meeting through video conference will be held on 12.11.2020 at 11:30 AM which will be chaired by Sh. Anil Nagar (HCS), Joint Director Admn. You are, therefore, asked to attend the said video conference. If the equipment in your office is not working properly, then visit the nearest DEO office to attend this meeting

Moreover, the representative from District Units of Teacher Unions (PGTS. TGTS, PRTS etc.) may also be invited at your own level and their presence in the said meeting may

be ensured.

It may be given top priority.

यह सूचित किया जाता है कि वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से एक बैठक 12.11.2020 को पूर्वाह्न 11:30 बजे आयोजित की जाएगी जिसकी अध्यक्षता श्री करेंगे। अनिल नागर (HCS), संयुक्त निदेशक प्रवेश। इसलिए, आपको उक्त वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस में भाग लेने के लिए कहा गया है। यदि आपके कार्यालय में उपकरण ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहे हैं, तो इस बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए निकटतम डीईओ कार्यालय पर जाएं

इसके अलावा, शिक्षक संघों की जिला इकाइयों (पीजीटीएस। टीजीटीएस, पीआरटीएस आदि) के प्रतिनिधि को भी अपने स्तर पर आमंत्रित किया जा सकता है और उक्त बैठक में उनकी उपस्थिति हो सकती है।
