2. Click on the "Apply for Pariwar Pehchan Patra" button.

3. Select the option "New Registration" and enter the required details such as name, mobile number, email ID, etc.

5. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the given space and click on the "Verify" button.
