Regarding updation/verification of personal profile and Service Profile on MIS Portal.

Reference to the subject cited above.

It is intimated that the Teacher Transfer Drive will be carried out shortly through MIS Portal under District Cadre Change Policy of the department. For this purpose, accuracy of MIS profile of employees is important for error free execution of online transfer drive. Therefore, you are directed to ensure that data of all employees in your district should be completed/accurate in all respect i.e. (personal profile/service profile) and should be duly verified upto 25.04.2023. In this regard following action to be taken on your level:-

i. All DEEOS verify the pending orders like appointment, promotion, reversion, suspension, termination, dismissal, extension, VRS, repatriation, foreign deputation, transfer, adjustment etc. and updation of the same on One

School portal on daily basis. ii. All DEEOs must be ensured that the category of the employee is updated on One

School Portal. iii. All DEEOS shall also ensure that Teachers who have been granted CCL for more than 89 days, are tagged for the said purpose and their vacancy is treated as vacant and Teachers who joined after availing such leaves participate

compulsorily in the transfer drive. iv. It was noticed that some teachers get extension on the basis of physical disability of 70% or more but they do not update their percentage of disability on MIS Portal. This results into auto retirement of such teachers at the age of 58 years, in this regard, all DEEOS shall ensure that any such extension granted by them is updated on MIS Portal along with disability certificate of the concerned teacher. All DEEOS shall ensure that henceforth no such extension is granted until the

disability along with certificate is updated and verified in the personal profile of the teacher.

It is mentioned here that before make PRT Rule 2012, the PRTS were counted in Rest of Haryana Cadre, and the PRTS who have been appointed after Rule 2012 in Mewat cadre as Per Mewat District School Education (Group-C), they will be counted in Mewat Cadre. If any candidates is appointed before Rule-2012 and presently working in Mewat cadre and his/her MIS is showing Mewat-Educationist, such list of PRT be sent to the Directorate. So you are directed to comply with the above order and make sure that

the MIS of the Teachers are correct.

In case any DEEO is failed to do so, concerned DEEO/ DDO will be responsible.

Any correction in service profile will be accomplished by DEEO concerned from their login. If any DEEO finds any "Right" missing in his login, he/she may please share his employee ID with DDIT seeking specific right.
