Without Biometric attendance is absent Haryana education department

कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपके नियंत्रण में आने वाले सभी कर्मचारियों को बायोमेट्रिक अटेंडेंस सिस्टम (एईबीएएस) पर अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करने के लिए निर्देशित किया जाए, अन्यथा उन्हें अनुपस्थित माना जाएगा। यदि किसी विशेष स्कूल में बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति मशीन खराब है तो इसे तुरंत ठीक करवाएं या समस्या के तुरंत समाधान के लिए निदेशालय को सूचित करें।

Subject: Attendance of Government Employees through Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS).

Kindly refer to the C.S. letter No. 1/1/2022-DCU dated 30th January, 2023 on subject as cited above. (copy enclosed.)

Kindly ensure that all employees under your control be directed to mark their attendance on Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) failing which will be treated as absent. In case if Biometric attendance machines is out of order in a particular school then get it rectified immediately or informed to Directorate to resolve the issue immediately.
