C O R R I G E N D U M
Reference Haryana Staff Selection Commission’s Advertisement
No. 1/2012, dated 16.6.2012.
In the said advertisement the application fee in respect of
category No. 1 and 2 may be read as under:-
General Candidates SC/BC candidates
of Haryana only
Cat. No. 1 ( i.e. Mandi Supervisor-cum- Rs. 150/- Rs. 35/-
Fee Collector)
Cat. No. 2 (i.e. Auction Recorder) Rs. 100/- Rs.
25/-
Fee for the rest of the categories will remain unchanged.

CORRIGENDUM
Consequent upon correct determination of category/ eligibility the following rectifications have been made in the result dated 30.01.2012 declared by the Commission for the post of Clerk against Advt. No. 1/2008 Cat. No. 01:
ESM-GEN category
Roll No. 017656 and 057850 who were earlier selected in the main selection list of ESM-BCA category, are ousted from this category and are included in the main selection list of ESM-GEN category.
Resultantly, Roll No. 011588 and Roll No.017655, who were selected in the main selection list of ESM-GEN category, are now ousted from the main selection list and are placed in the waiting list of this category at Ist and IInd place respectively.
ESM-BCA CATEGORY
Roll No. 051202 and Roll No. 059992 are included in the main selection list of ESM-BCA category against vacant posts.
OSP-SC CATEGORY
Roll No. 062920 is included in the main selection list of OSP-SC category.
Resultantly, Roll No.006333, who belongs to SC category and was earlier selected in the main selection list Against OSP-SC category, is now ousted from this list and he is placed in the waiting list of SC category at Ist place.

CANCELLATION NOTICE
Reference Haryana Staff Selection Commission’s Advertisement No. 3/2010, dated 15.9.2010 category No. 7 in which 21 posts of Computer Operator-cum-Clerk for Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board were published in Times of India (Chandigarh), Indian Express (Delhi),The Tribune, Dainik Bhaskar, Dainik Jagran.
Consequent upon withdrawal of 21 posts of Computer Operator-cum-Clerk by Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula which were advertised vide Advt. No. 3/2010, category No. 7, the aforesaid posts are hereby cancelled.
Hence no recruitment process will be carried out against these posts by the Commission.
The candidates who wish to take the refund of fee may apply to the Commission alongwith proof of depositing the fee within 15 days of publication of this notice.
Inconvenience is regretted.

Reference Haryana Staff Selection Commission’s Advertisement No. 1/2011, dated 19.3.2011 read with corrigendum dated 19.5.2012 against category No. 52 for 12 posts of Draftsman for Agriculture Department Haryana published in various leading newspapers.
In the said advertisement for the words “ESM SC-1” the words “ESM BCA-1” be read. Accordingly now the category-wise correct bifurcation of the posts may be read as under:-
(GEN=5, SC=2, BCA=1, BCB=1, ESM GEN=2, ESM BCA=1)
The other terms & conditions will remain the same.

CORRIGENDUM
Consequent upon correct calculation of marks, Roll No. 017063 is ousted from the main selection list of General category and Roll No. 021789 from the waiting list of General category in the result dated 01.05.2012 declared by the Commission for the post of Gram Sachiv, Panchayat Department, Haryana against Advt. No. 5/2008, Category No.07.
Resultantly, Roll No. 018519, who was earlier selected in the waiting list of General category, is now placed in the main selection list of this category.
