For attention of all Teaching and Non teaching employees of the Secondary Education Department
The Department of Secondary Education, Haryana maintains database in respect of its teachers on the central server installed at the Directorate. The transfers/ promotions/ posting orders/ adjustments on promotion as well as on new appointments to different category posts are issued after incorporating in the database, the relevant information. But due to some reasons the following instances happen:
1. Some teachers do not join on their new places of posting even after their promotion without foregoing their promotion.
2. Transfer/posting/ adjustment orders are not implemented due to some reasons and the teacher so dislocated does not join his/her place of new posting.
3. Some changes are also effected due to unfortunate demise of any teacher and such cases are also required to be brought to the notice of the IT Cell of the Directorate.
4. Some teachers receive new appointments on some higher posts, and such informations are also not brought to the notice of the IT Cell of the Directorates.
5. Some teachers get themselves deputed with other State/ Central Governments/ other offices and such information is not incorporate in the database.
6. In case the transer/posting/adjustment is not to be effected, this require to be reversed in the database which is not being done by the concerned. All such situations creat difference between the database maintained at the headquarter and position at field. Such situation effects the decision making at different levels.
To cope with the situation, it has now been decided to the put data in respect of all teachers on the website for viewing by these stakeholders and invite objections/queries to get the discrepancies resolved.
It is, therefore, hereby informed to all teachers working in the Department of Secondary Education that they should check their personal information on the website of the Department www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in and intimate the Directorate in case there is any discrepancy in the information placed on the website. Such intimation should be clearly mentioned and be sent to the Directorate alongwith relevant documents by attaching scanned copy of the relvant document through e-mail only at edudbharyana@gmail.com. by 11.7.2011 by 5.00 p.m. Queries received thereafter shall not be entertained.
