In supersession of this office order No.6/35-2012 HRG-II(1) dated
31.10.2013 and in compliance of the order dated 17.8.2012 passed by the
Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in Civil Writ Petition No.
15735 of 2012 titled as Mahesh Kumar Sharma and others Versus State
of Haryana and another, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to promote
the following Lecturers to the post of Headmaster in officiating capacity
in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs. 5400/- on
provisional basis w.e.f. 28.08.2009, the date when the persons junior to
them were promoted subject to the conditions mentioned below:-
