"Principal Secretary, School Education, State of Haryana is
personally present. He states that the previous Board has been
disbanded and only recently a new Board has been constituted.
He further states that the written examination have been fixed
for 9th August, 2015 and interviews will be held thereafter. He
undertakes that by the 30th September, 2015, the recruitment
process shall be completed. No further adjournment will be
taken. In view of the submission, the time for completion of
recruitment process is extended upto 30th September, 2015.

No. 6 for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre) and Notice dated 14.8.2014 & 8.9.2014
published by Haryana School Teacher Selection Board, Panchkula)
Pursuant to the orders dated 01.05.2012, 07.07.2014 and 13.2.2015 passed by the
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 4128 of 2012 titled as Poonam Rani @
Poonam Rani Vs State of Haryana and another, it is notified for the information of the
candidates that the Haryana Staff Selection Commission will hold a fresh written test and
interview of the appellant and those unsuccessful candidates who had applied for the post of
Lecturer Hindi(School Cadre), Cat No. 6 against Advt. No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006,
advertised by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. The number of vacancies for the post of
Lecturer Hindi(School Cadre) Cat No. 6 against Advt. No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006, which
had accrued are mentioned below:-

2. In view of the above order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, The Haryana
Staff Selection Commission invites online application forms through CDAC-Mohali website
i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in from those unsuccessful candidates who had earlier applied
for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre), Cat No. 6 against Advertisement
No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006. The details of such candidates are available on the website of
HSSC and CDAC-Mohali i.e. www.hssc.gov.in and www.recruitment-portal.in
respectively. The online application can be filled up from 12th June, 2015 to 3rd July, 2015 till
5.00 P.M. through CDAC-Mohali website i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in . Thereafter
website link will be disabled. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online application
forms well in time without waiting for the last date. However, the eligibility conditions
regarding age, academic qualification written test and criteria etc. for the said post will be the
same as per Advertisement No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006 and will remain unchanged.

3. The written examination for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre) will
be of Post Graduation level comprising of 100 multiple choice questions (60 relating to
academic knowledge of Hindi subject for which a candidate is appearing in the test and
skills and methods of teaching ability of the candidate in the subject and 40 questions
relating to general knowledge, General studies and English. Each question will carry two
marks.
The candidates will have to secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written
test as mentioned below:-
a) General Category candidates 50%
b) SC, BC and PHC Categories candidates 45%
c) ESM candidates 40%
d) DESM As for General, SC, BC
candidates as the case may
be
Viva-Voce will be of 25 marks.
However, as per law laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court, candidates equal to
three times of the number of vacancies will be called for interview based on their performance
in the written test. The total marks obtained in the written test and viva-voce will determine the
merit of the candidates in their respective categories.
Note-1 As per order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India only such eligible candidates
who had earlier applied for the post of Lecturer Hindi (School Cadre), Category No. 6
against advertisement No. 6/2006 advertised by Haryana Staff Selection Commission
on dated 20.07.2006 and remained un-successful can apply against this notice. A list
of such candidates is available on the web-site of HSSC and C-DAC, Mohali’s i.e.
www.hssc.gov.in and www.recruitment-portal.in respectively. The candidates
are advised to go through the list before submission of online application form.
Note-2. The candidates who had applied earlier against notice dated 14th August, 2014 issued
by the Haryana School Teacher Selection Board( Now disbanded vide notification
dated 3rd December, 2014) are also required to apply afresh.
Note-3 This notice is also available at HSSC and C-DAC, Mohali’s websites i.e.
www.hssc.gov.in and www.recruitment-portal.in respectively and detailed
instructions for filling the online application form are available on the C-DAC-Mohali
website i.e. www.recruitment-portal.in
Note-4 In case of any guidance/ information/ clarification regarding the online filling of
application the candidate may call at CDAC Mohali helpline Nos. 0172-6619062 on
all working days from 9.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M.
Attention:- Applicants are advised to check HSSC and CDAC-Mohali website regularly as the
date and time of written examination is likely to be scheduled in the month of
July/August, 2015and accordingly the dates of examination will be intimated through
Public Notice.
