Those PGT who selected on experience based will have to pass B.ed & HTET up to 1st April 2018. Otherwise their service will be terminated automatically without giving any further notice.
Reference Advt. No. 2/2014, dated 29.08.2014 for the posts of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)-H.E.S.-II (Group-B Services) which was published on 30.08.2014 in Dainik Bhaskar, Amar Ujala, The Tribune and Hindustan Times newspapers.
As per transitional provision made in the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group B) Service Rules, 2012 and the Mewat District School Education (Group-B) Service Rules, 2012 vide notifications dated 02.07.2012, the candidate fulfilling the
conditions of qualifications enunciated under column 3 mentioned against the respective posts in the Haryana State Education Lecturer School Cadre (Group-C) Service Rules, 1998 shall also be eligible for recruitment to the post of PGT as a one time measure. Accordingly,the above said advertisement is hereby partially modified as under:-
Under heading “COMMON TO ALL POSTS - Eligibility” Point (b) and Note-1
& Note-3 below Advt. No. 2/2014 may be read as under:-
(b) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani/one time exemption of HTET/B. Ed. (See Note-1).
Note 1. A one time exemption of HTET/STET and B. Ed. has been granted to the candidates who have worked for minimum 4 years till 11.04.2012 in privately managed Govt. Aided Schools, Recognized Schools and Govt. Schools. They will have to qualify HTET and B. Ed. not later than 1st April, 2018 otherwise their services will be terminated automatically. However, candidates of PGT Computer Science are exempted for the qualification of B. Ed. Qualification. Eligibility conditions and certificates will be deter~mined with regard to last date fixed for submission of online applications also called as closing date given in the advertisement.
Note 3. A person who has passed HTET/STET without the qualification of B.Ed. before the date i.e. 11.04.2012 of notification of Service Rules concerned, shall be considered eligible for the post of PGT as one time measure. However, they shall have to qualify B. Ed. not later than 1st April, 2018 and if he fails to do so, his appointment shall stand terminated automatically without giving any further notice All other terms and conditions of the Advertisement No. 2/2014, dated 29.08.2014 for the post of PGT - H.E.S.-II (Group-B Services), will remain same.
