How to know your MIS employee profile sevice profile approved or not

MIS - If your service profile is approved by authority/DDO/BEO transfer preferences will be open zone wise like this pic.

If your service profile is not approved by authority/DDO/BEO transfer preferences will be display a message either your profice or service profile is not approved yet.
