Subject: New scheme regulating Leave Travel Concession (LTC) for visiting

Town and any place in India for the State Government.

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to invite your attention towards State Government instructions No. 13/19/2008-2S-11, dated 21.04.2010 and No. 13/19/2008-1HR-I, dated 14.02.2023 on the subject noted above vide which Government has decided that " after one year if the contract has been extended for more than four years on year to year basis, the block of four years will be reckoned from the actual date of joining the post under the State Government Institutions or Boards/Corporations/Authorities/Cooperative Institutions, etc. The head of Department will be competent to sanction the amount equivalent to one month's salary." 2. After the issuance of instructions dated 14.02.2023, various clarifications have HKRNL employees and the employees ported/hired under Outsourcing Policy (Part-1). 3. After careful consideration of the matter, Government has decided that grant of

been sought by the Departments/Boards/Corprorations regarding admissibility of LTC to

LTC to employees of HKRNL and/ or employees who were hired under Outsourcing Policy (Part-I) cannot be granted.

4. These instructions may be brought to the notice of all concerned for strict

compliance.
