1. 2004, 2008, 2011 बैच पीआरटीएस/एचटी के लिए कैडर परिवर्तन अभियान में भागीदारी स्वैच्छिक है। 2. स्थायी के लिए 2017 बैच पीआरटी के लिए भागीदारी अनिवार्य है

5. एक बार शिक्षक संवर्ग में भाग लेने के लिए अपनी सहमति दे देता है

बैच पीआरटी/एचटी। 2017 बैच के शिक्षक के लिए 21 जिले (मावत को छोड़कर) भरना जरूरी है। 6. यदि किसी शिक्षक द्वारा किसी भी कारण से निर्धारित समय अवधि के भीतर जिले का विकल्प प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जाता है, तो वह उत्तरदायी होगा

7. 2004 बैच के शिक्षकों की स्वैच्छिक भागीदारी के लिए विकल्प प्रस्तुत करने के कारण बनाई गई मानित रिक्तियों को वास्तविक रिक्तियों में जोड़ा जाएगा और 2004 बैच के प्रतिभागियों को पेश किया जाएगा।

8. 2004 बैच के पीआरटी/एचटी द्वारा परिणामी रिक्तियां

उन्हें जिलों का सफल आवंटन वास्तविक माना जाएगा

2008 बैच पीआरटीएस/एचटी के लिए रिक्तियां और मानी गई रिक्तियां

2008 बैच के पीआरटीएस/एचटी द्वारा स्वैच्छिक भागीदारी के लिए विकल्प प्रस्तुत करने के कारण बनाई गई रिक्तियों को वास्तविक रिक्तियों में जोड़ा जाएगा। इसी तरह का अभ्यास 2011 बैच के पीआरटी/एचटीएस के लिए दोहराया जाएगा।

9. न्यायालय के निर्देशों के मद्देनजर विभाग द्वारा 2017 बैच के लिए आरक्षित जिलेवार और श्रेणीवार रिक्तियां इस नोटिस के साथ संलग्न हैं। 2011 बैच के पीआरटीएस/एचटीएस को जिलों के सफल आवंटन के बाद बनाई गई परिणामी रिक्तियों को भी इन रिक्तियों में जोड़ा जाएगा और कुल रिक्तियों का उपयोग योग्यता के क्रम में 2017 बैच के पीआरटी को जिलों के आवंटन के लिए किया जाएगा।

10. यदि कोई प्रधान शिक्षक कैडर परिवर्तन नीति में भाग लेता है, तो उसे इस अभियान के लिए पीआरटी शिक्षक माना जाएगा और नए जिले में पीआरटी के रूप में तैनात किया जाएगा।

11. सभी शिक्षकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपना लॉगिन और पासवर्ड किसी के साथ साझा न करें। यदि आपको किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से मदद लेने की आवश्यकता है, तो अपना पासवर्ड स्वयं डालें और अंतिम सबमिशन से पहले, यदि आपके सहयोगी द्वारा भरा गया है तो अपनी प्राथमिकताओं को सत्यापित करें। कृपया यह भी सुनिश्चित करें कि प्राथमिकताएं अंतिम रूप से जमा करने के बाद आपने अपने खाते से सफलतापूर्वक लॉग आउट कर लिया है।

12. यदि किसी कर्मचारी का पासवर्ड काम नहीं कर रहा है या लॉगिन में कोई समस्या आ रही है, तो उसे रीसेट करने के लिए 'पासवर्ड भूल जाएं' विकल्प का उपयोग करें। फिर भी यदि पासवर्ड अपडेट नहीं किया गया है, तो पासवर्ड रीसेट करने के लिए संबंधित जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी/जिला प्रारंभिक शिक्षा अधिकारी से संपर्क करें, जो शिक्षक के उचित सत्यापन के बाद ऐसे अनुरोधों पर तुरंत ध्यान देने के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे।

13. शिक्षकों को भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे फाइनल के बाद सिस्टम के साथ खिलवाड़ न करें

अपनी पसंद/वरीयताएँ प्रस्तुत करना। यह आपकी प्राथमिकताओं को अनजाने में अंतिम रूप से प्रस्तुत किए बिना 'संपादन मोड' में डाल सकता है। इसके अलावा, कृपया आखिरी घंटे में अपने खाते में लॉगिन करने से बचें। इससे आप अपनी प्राथमिकताओं की पुष्टि न होने की स्थिति में भी आ सकते हैं।

14. 2004 बैच और 2017 बैच के लिए विचार की जाने वाली पात्र रिक्तियों की सूची इसके साथ संलग्न है।

आगे के निर्देश, यदि कोई हों, उचित समय पर जारी किए जा सकते हैं। कृपया विभागीय वेबसाइट का अवलोकन करते रहें।

बी. पीआरटी/मुख्य शिक्षकों, सीएंडवी/टीजीटीएस, ईएसएचएमएस, पीजीटीएस, एचएम, प्रधानाचार्यों के लिए सामान्य स्थानांतरण के लिए अनुसूची

Guidelines

1. Participation for the Cadre Change Drive for 2004, 2008, 2011 Batch PRTS/HTs is voluntarily. 2. Participation for 2017 Batch PRTs is compulsory for Permanent

District Allocation Drive.

3. Teachers are advised to submit their choice for voluntary participation carefully by verifying the district wise and category wise

vacancies.

4. District wise and category wise vacancies for 2004 batch is attached

with the schedule.

5. Once the teacher gives his/her consent to participate in the cadre

change drive, he/she shall have to compulsorily fill up the choices of

21 districts (except his/her present district) for 2004, 2008, 2011

Batch PRTs/HTs. For the teacher of 2017 Batch it is necessary to fillup 21 districts (except Mawat). 6. In case of non-submitting of the choices of district by any teacher within stipulated time period due to any reason, he/she shall be liable

to be transferred in any district based on the remaining vacancies

after allocation of districts to those teachers who submitted their

choice.

7. Deemed vacancies created due to submitting choice for voluntary participation of 2004 batch teachers shall be added in the actual vacancies and will be offered to the participants for 2004 batch.

8. The resultant vacancies created by 2004 batch PRTs/HTs after

successful allocation of districts to them shall be considered as actual

vacancies for 2008 batch PRTS/HTs and the deemed vacancies

created due to submitting choice for voluntary participation by 2008 batch PRTS/HTs shall be added in the actual vacancies. Similar exercise shall be repeated for 2011 batch PRTs/HTS.

9. District wise and category wise vacancies for 2017 batch reserved by the Department in view of Court Directions are attached with this notice. The resultant vacancies created by 2011 batch PRTS/HTS after successful allocation of districts to them, shall also be added in these vacancies and total vacancies shall be used for allocation of districts to the PRTs of 2017 batch in order of merit.

10. If any Head Teacher participates in the Cadre Change Policy, he will be treated as PRT teacher for the drive and will be posted as PRT in new district.

11. All Teachers are advised not to share their login and password with anyone. If you need to take help from any other person, put your password yourself and verify your preferences if filled up by your aide, before final submission. Also please ensure that you have successfully logged out of your account after final submission of preferences.

12. In case, the password of any employee is not working or facing any issue in login, use forget password' option to reset the same. Still if password is not updated, contact respective District Education Officer/ District Elementary Education Officer for resetting the password, who shall be responsible to attend such requests promptly after proper verification of the teacher.

13. Teachers are also advised not to play with the system after final

submission of your choice/preferences. This can put your preferences into 'edit mode' without final submission unknowingly. Also, please avoid last hour login to your account. This could also land you in a position of non-confirmation of your preferences.

14. The list of eligible vacancies to be considered for 2004 batch and 2017 batch are attached herewith.
