In the aftermath of the current transfer or any other transfer it has generally been seen, through the complaints received from different teachers, that the service actions like grants of leave, re-imbursements, increments, ACPS taken by the previous offices are not being recognized by the new offices of a transferee teacher. This kind of altitude on the part of some heads of new offices in creating unque hardships to such teachers who have flooded the Eeadquarter with their requests and complaints.

Therefore, in no uncertain terms, it is clarified that all approved actions of previous offices are to be honoured by the new office regarding payment ol reimbursement 
increments and ACP. So far as leave .e. Earned Leave, CCL Leave, and medical leave are concerned it is further clarified that, if the employee is already on leave, transferred from A station to 'B' station and join his/her new station, he/she can avail the balance leave already sanctioned by the competent authority.

The salary of the employee who is on leave station will get his/her leave salary from at 'A' the station 'A' and after joining at atation '8' on transfer will get his/her salary from station "B under intimation to the head of the institutior regarding sanction leave.
