He is appointed purely on temporary and provisional basis.
That this appointment is against temporary post and its confirmation againstsubstantive post shall be considered on the basis of his seniority and record ofservice as and when such post is available.
4. He shall have to take an oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India.
S. He shall produce a certificate before joining the duties to the effect that he has oneliving wife/husband in case he is married. If he has not more than one livingwife/husband, shall be eligible for appointment to the post offered unless theGovernment after being satisfied that there
them from this condition.
He shall not claim seniority on the basis of this order. Their inter-se seniority willalso be decided in accordance with the Departmental rules and instructions asissued by the State Government on the subject from time to time.
He shall be on probation for a period of two years. The period of probation can beextended for a further period not exceeding one year by the competent authority, ifconsidered necessary.
In case candidate belonging to reserved category, the appointment shall beprovisional and subject to verification of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Backward Class and ESM Category Certificate. If the verification reveals that theclaim of belonging to SC/ST/BC and ESM, as the case may be is false, then hisservices shall be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons andwithout prejudice to such further action as may be taken against him under theprovisions of the Indian Penal Code or any other law in force for production of falsecertificate.
The candidate shall submit his original certificates of academic qualifications andother relevant certificates to the concerned District Elementary Education Officer ofhis place of posting. DEED will ensure that the candidate possesses requisitequalifications and original certificates match with photo-copies of their testimonials.
The candidates would get
District Education Officer will also give character and antecedent verification formsto them and after filling the forms, the candidates would submit them to the DEOconcerned immediately. The DEE0s would also get the characterverification/antecedents verified from the concerned police authorities within oneand half month from the date of issue of this letter.
He shall be governed by the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-C)Service Rules, 1998.
If at any time during the course of his temporary appointment, any of the appointeedesires to resign, he shall be required to give one month's clear notice or forfeit, inlieu thereof, his salary including allowances etc. for one month or for the period bywhich the notice falls short of one month. Such a notice will also be given to him bythe Government who shall be liable to pay his salary, including allowances for onemonth or for the period by which the notice falls short of one month.
No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for joining as DPE.
It is also made clear that the candidate must assume charge of his appointmentwithin 15 days of the offer of this appointment failing which this offer may betreated as cancelled.
