It has further been submitted that the department has initiated departmental proceedings under the aforementioned rules and criminal proceedings against 581 candidates, whose signatures have not
been found to be matching and as regards remaining 757 candidates the department proposes to refer these cases to the FSL, Madhuban, Karnal for further clarification and
obtaining fresh specimen signatures so that a conclusive comparison can be made.
