A one time inter-district Transfer policy was framed by the State Government vide memo No.

13/16-2015ET-1(1), dated 06.08.2015 applications were invited for Inter-district Transfer of C&V.

After consideration the application of C&V Teachers the following C&V PTI teachers are

found eligible for inter-district transfer by appointment, as per terms & conditions. So you are hereby

directed that prepare the transfer order by way of appointment and will get approval of Directorate and update in the IT Cell before issuing the transfer order.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The inter-district transfer by appointment be implemented with immediate effect.

2. The seniority of these candidates who will join in new district will be fixed at the tail of your district in

his cadre. The entry will also be made as transfer by appointment in the service book of the employee.

3. No male officials, below the age of 50 years be allowed in the girls school.

4. If any employee is working on the adhoc/contract basis, the transfer order of that employee will not be affected.

5. Transfer should be done against the available vacanct posts on the basis of Roaster and work load in

the district, otherwise DEEO will be reposible for any negligency in the matter.

6. That the DEED is directed to constitute a committee at his own level and to make concealing of the

teachers so being transferred that the same are strictly in accordance with the Inter-District Policy and

their transfer order on the basis of appointment is to be implemented after obtaining approval of the

Directorate.

7. That at the time of approval all the DEEO are directed to certify the following: -

I. That the present tranfers of the teachers are in accordance with the Inter District Policy and

their documents have been securitized / checked by me and found correct.

II. That the transfers have been made strictly in accordance with Roaster of the District and the

vacancy available as per the work-load.

8. No TA/DA will be admissible in case of inter-district transfers.
