Guidelines
1. 2004, 2008, 2011 बैच पीआरटीएस/एचटीएस के लिए कैडर परिवर्तन अभियान में भागीदारी स्वैच्छिक है। और स्थायी जिला आवंटन अभियान के लिए 2017 बैच पीआरटीएस की भागीदारी अनिवार्य है।
2. शिक्षकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे जिलावार और श्रेणीवार रिक्तियों का सत्यापन करके स्वैच्छिक भागीदारी के लिए अपनी प्राथमिकताएँ सावधानीपूर्वक प्रस्तुत करें।
3. एक बार जब शिक्षक कैडर परिवर्तन अभियान में भाग लेने के लिए अपनी सहमति दे देता है, तो उसे अनिवार्य रूप से 2004, 2008, 2011 बैच पीआरटीएस/एचटीएस के लिए 21 जिलों (अपने वर्तमान जिले को छोड़कर) का विकल्प भरना होगा। . 2017 बैच के शिक्षक के लिए 21 जिले (मावत को छोड़कर) भरना जरूरी है।
4. किसी भी कारण से किसी भी शिक्षक द्वारा निर्धारित समय अवधि के भीतर जिले का विकल्प प्रस्तुत नहीं करने की स्थिति में, उन शिक्षकों को जिला आवंटन के बाद शेष रिक्तियों के आधार पर किसी भी जिले में स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है। अपनी पसंद प्रस्तुत की.

9. यदि किसी कर्मचारी का पासवर्ड काम नहीं कर रहा है या लॉगिन करने में कोई समस्या आ रही है, तो उसे रीसेट करने के लिए 'पासवर्ड भूल जाएं' विकल्प का उपयोग करें या नए पासवर्ड के लिए संबंधित जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी/जिला प्रारंभिक शिक्षा अधिकारी से संपर्क करें।
10. अपनी प्राथमिकताओं को अंतिम रूप से प्रस्तुत करने के बाद सिस्टम के साथ खिलवाड़ न करें। यह आपकी प्राथमिकताओं को अनजाने में अंतिम रूप से प्रस्तुत किए बिना 'संपादन मोड' में डाल सकता है। इसके अलावा, अपने खाते में आखिरी घंटे में लॉगिन करने से बचें। इससे आप अपनी प्राथमिकताओं की पुष्टि न होने की स्थिति में भी आ सकते हैं।
11. पात्र रिक्तियों की सूची विभाग की वेबसाइट यानी https://schooleducationharayana.gov.in/ पर देखी जा सकती है।

पीआरटीएस/मुख्य शिक्षकों, सीएंडवी/टीजीटी, ईएसएचएमएस, पीजीटीएस, एचएम, प्रधानाचार्यों के लिए सामान्य स्थानांतरण के लिए अनुसूची
1. कैडर चेंज ड्राइव और स्थायी जिला आवंटन ड्राइव के पूरा होने के बाद, सामान्य स्थानांतरण ड्राइव के लिए डेटा अपडेशन की अनुमति देने के लिए एक सप्ताह का अंतराल दिया जाएगा।
2. सभी शिक्षकों को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि यदि आवश्यक हो तो उस अवधि के दौरान अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल अपडेट करें। शिक्षक अपने व्यक्तिगत प्रोफाइल को अद्यतन करने और समय अवधि के भीतर अपने अधिकारियों से इसे अनुमोदित कराने के लिए व्यक्तिगत रूप से उत्तरदायी हैं।

2. Teachers are advised to submit their preferences for voluntary participation carefully by verifying the district wise and category wise vacancies.
3. Once the teacher gives his/her consent to participate in the cadre change drive, he/she shall have to compulsorily fill up the choices of 21 districts (except his/her present district) for 2004, 2008, 2011 Batch PRTS/HTS. For the teacher of 2017 Batch it is necessary to fillup 21 districts (except Mawat).
4. In case of non-submitting of the choices of district by any teacher within stipulated time period due to any reason, he/she shall be liable to be transferred in any district based on the remaining vacancies after allocation of districts to those teachers who submitted their choice.
5. Deemed vacancies created due to submitting choice for voluntary participation of 2004 batch teachers shall be added in the actual vacancies and will be offered to the participants for 2004 batch.
6. The resultant vacancies created by 2004 batch PRTS/HTs after successful allocation of districts to them shall be considered as actual vacancies for 2008 batch PRTS/HTS and the deemed vacancies created due to submitting choice for voluntary participation by 2008 batch PRTS/HTs shall be added in the actual vacancies. Similar
exercise shall be repeated for 2011 batch PRTS/HTS. 7. If any Head Teacher participates in the Cadre Change Policy, he will be treated as PRT teacher for the drive and will be posted in new district as PRT.
8. Please do not share your login and password with anyone. If you need to take help from any other person, put your password yourself and verify your preferences if filled up by your aide, before final submission. Ensure successful log out of your account after the final submission of preferences.
9. In case, the password of any employee is not working or facing any issue in login, use forget password' option to reset the same or contact the respective District Education Officer/ District Elementary Education Officer for new password.
10. Do not play with the system after the final submission of your preferences. This can put your preferences into 'edit mode' without final submission unknowingly. Also, avoid last-hour login to your account. This could also land you in a position of non-confirmation of your preferences.
11. The list of eligible vacancies can be viewed from the website of the Department i.e. https://schooleducationharyana.gov.in/

Schedule for General Transfers for PRTS/Head Teachers, C&V/TGTs, ESHMS, PGTS, HMs, Principals
1. After completion of Cadre Change Drive and Permanent District Allocation Drive, gap for one week will be given to allow data Updation for the General Transfer Drive.
2. All teachers are directed to update their profile, if required during that period. Teachers are personally liable for the Updation of their personal profiles and getting it approved from their authorities within time period.
