ONLINE TRANSFER REQUEST
USER - MANUAL
A. Objective
1.
To facilitate the employee to register “online transfer requests”.
2.
To make the work of transfer requests paper less.
3.
To keep a track of transfer requests according to transfer policy.
B. Stages involved in the Process
The following three stages are mainly involved in the process of transfer request.
Stage 1: User/Employee verification.
Stage 2: User/Employee registration.
Stage 3: Entry of transfer request.
Choice of finding Employee ID and checking the vacancy after clicking on the relevant field given below the Image-I has been provided to the employee in the software. But if an employee remembers his/her employee ID and has knowledge of vacancy he/she can directly register himself/herself by following the procedure given below.

Finding of Employee ID and Vacancy:
If an employee clicks on the “find employee” link page as given in “image-II (A)” shall appear and employee shall have an option to enter his/her name, designation, subject and district in which /he/she is working. After clicking the ‘submit’ button the list of employees bearing that name, designation, subject working in the selected district shall appear. He/she can check his/her name and other details alongwith.
For finding a vacancy an employee can enter the Designation and Subject in the relevant columns as given in ‘Image (B)’ below then he/she can select the District in which he/she wants to know the vacancy. After clicking the “submit” button, the vacancies of that district in respect of relevant subject and designation shall appear as given in image-II(B) below.

Registration Steps:
After finding his/her Employee ID and chcking the vacancy an employee shall register himself as per procedure given below:

Enter your Employee ID in the given column as shown in the Image-III below directly.

Enter your Date of Birth in the relevant field shown in image-III.

Click on “verification” button. (if your data is correct then the system shall show a message that “employee verified”
4.
After successful verification enter password which should be alpha-numeric.
5.
Enter confirm password by entering the password again in the given field.(same as above password)
6.
Enter your 10 digit mobile number.(Optional)
7.
Enter your Landline number.(Optional)
8.
Click on sign up button.

A welcome message shall appear on your desktop as shown below in Image-IV

Note your User ID and Password for further reference.
11.
Click on “print” option if you want to take a print of your registration status otherwise click the “close’ button.

Login Steps:
1.
After successful registration you shall have to Enter User ID (same as your EmployeeID) in Login in Section on the right top of the page and enter Password in the relevant field as shown below in Image -V.

Click on to login button.
(A) If you are a JBT or C&V teacher then Transfer Request Form as show in Image-VI(B) shall appear on your desk top to give you an option either for “Inter District Transfer” or “Within District Transfer “ and you can select anyone of the choices for which you can move further to register your transfer request. If you choose for an “INTER DISTRICT” transfer then a window as shown in “Image-VI(C)” shall apear. But if you select for “WITHIN DISTRICT“ Transer a window as shown in “Image VI-A” shall appear. You can move further.

B) In case you are not a JBT or C&V then Transfer Request Form as shwon in (Image-VI(A)) shall appear on your desk top and you can move further to register your transfer request(in case of non JBT/C&V).

Steps for Transfer Request (See Image-VI(A)):
1.
Type your School/Office if your current school/office, where you are actual working does not match with the school/office as shown on the desktop.(Optional)
2.
Type your remarks as to why your current school/office does not match (mandatory in case information mentioned at sr. no. 1 is applicable)
3.
Select Type of Transfer.

Transfer

NTBT
4.
Type Grounds for seeking transfer (Mandatory).
5.
Select Preferential Category, if any (Optional).
a)
Blind(100%)
b)
Handicapped(70% or more)

Suffering from serious disease
d)
Widow
e)
Legal Divorcee
f)
Wives of the serving soldiers
g)
Female teacher having only 2 unmarried minor daughters
6.
Enter required school/office name in order of preference (at least three options).

Select Transfer Type.
a)
Against Vacancy
b)
Vice
c)
Vice Versa
d)
Mutual
e)
Against Longer Stay
8.
Select EmployeeID of other employee in case applying against Mutual/vice/vice versa/Against Longer Stay.
9.
After entering any four choices click on submit button.

Steps for Transfer Request in case of Inter District Transfer of JBT and C&V (See Image-VI(C)):
1.
Select Districts of your choice in order of preference. Selecting of at least one district is mandatory.
2.
After entering any four choices click on submit button.

1.
An Acknowledgement Slip as shown in Image-VII shall be generated by the system that will show all information about your transfer request.
2.
Click on “print” button if you want to take a printout of your Acknowledgement Slip.Your request is submitted.

You can Login again if you want to take a printout of your Acknowledgement Slip on a later stage.
