हिसार.क्रिसमस और नववर्ष के मौके पर भारत दूरसंचार निगम लिमिटेड ने एक नए प्लान की सौगात दी है। इसके अंतर्गत प्रीपेड उपभोक्ताओं के लिए 251 रुपये का प्लान है। इसमें पहले रिचार्ज पर उपभोक्ता को 251 रुपये के पहले रिचार्ज पर 300 रुपये मिलेंगे।



इसके अलावा तीन महीने तक 100 एसएमएस फ्री दिए जाएंगे। बीएसएनएल के किसी एक लोकल लैंडलाइन, डबल्यूएलएल या फिर मोबाइल पर प्रतिदिन 30 मिनट फ्री बातचीत हो पाएगी। बीएसएनएल के मार्केटिंग एजीएम एलसी सहारण बताते हैं कि इसके अलावा रिचार्ज वाउचरों पर भी विशेष ऑफर दिए गए हैं।



इसमें 200 रुपये या उससे अधिक मूल्य के सभी टॉपअप पर फुल टॉक वैल्यू मिलेगी।



इसके अलावा सीमित समय के लिए बीएसएनएल 1100 के टॉपअप पर 1200, 3300 के टॉपअप पर 3600, 5001 के टॉपअप पर 6000 और 5500 के टॉपअप पर 6500 रुपये की टॉक वैल्यू देगा। सीडीएमए उपभोक्ताओं को भी 200 रुपये से अधिक मूल्यों के वाउचरों पर अतिरिक्त टॉक वैल्यू दी जाएगी।

अब 1000 रुपए में मिलेगा आकाश टेबलेट

बहुचर्चित आकाश टेबलेट कंप्यूटर अब एक हजार रुपए में मिलेगा जबकि इसकी कीमत 2500 रुपए रखी गई है। महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने एक ऐसी योजना बनाई है कि यह टेबलेट छात्रों को सिर्फ 1,000 रुपए में मिल सकेगा।



महाराष्ट्र बोर्ड ऑफ कॉलेज ऐंड यूनिवर्सिटी डेवलपमेंट के डायरेक्टर राजपाल हांडे ने सभी कॉलेजों और विभागों को सर्कुलर भेजा है कि वे आकाश टेबलेट की अपनी मांग भेजें। उनकी मांग आने के बाद वे उन्हें आधी कीमत पर टेबलेट कंप्यूटर देंगे, यानी 50 प्रतिशत छूट। महाराष्ट्र सरकार छात्रों को यह छूट देगी।



इसके अलावा छात्रों को ऑनलाइन अपने कोर्सेज की पढ़ाई के विषय पाने की सुविधा होगी। छात्रों को कहा गया है कि वे भी टेबलेट की मांग सीधे सरकार को भेज सकते हैं।

In order to earn the Certificate of Qualification, a candidate will have to

qualify in the following five subjects of external examination separately in

each semester:

i) Hindi (First Language);

ii) English (Second Language);

iii) Mathematics,

iv) Social Science; and

v) Science and Technology.

In order to qualify in a subject, he/she will have to obtain at least 33% marks

(marks in external examination + marks in CCE + marks in Practicals)

provided that he/she

•

obtains at least 33% marks separately in the external examination

•

obtains at least 33% marks separately in Practicals, if any

•

(For the subject in which there is only internal assessment, grades will be

shown in the certificate but there will be no minimum grade required for

qualifying)

Note

there will be no minimum pass marks for CCE

•

subjects of external examination will be counted for determining

aggregate marks/Grade Point Average, i.e. the subject in which one

has obtained the least marks will not be counted. In case more than

one subject has the same least marks, then the subject not to be

counted will be in the following order of priority: Social Science,

Science & Technology, Mathematics, Hindi, English.

If a candidate qualifies in all the 6 subjects, then the best scoring 5

Sanskrit as sixth subject, then Sanskrit can replace Hindi for earning

the certificate of Qualification.

If a candidate does not qualify in 1 or 2 subjects out of the 5 external

बंद क्यों नहीं हो जाते स्कूल

भीषण सर्दी और कोहरे का असर स्कूलों पर भी पड़ा है। सप्ताह का पहला दिन होने के बाद भी सोमवार को स्कूलों में ६० फीसदी उपस्थिति विद्यार्थियों की देखी गई।
दिलीप गुप्ता ने बताया कि बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य व सुरक्षा को देखते हुए स्कूल नहीं भेजा गया। क्योंकि १० मीटर दूर चलने वाले वाहन भी नहीं दिखाई दे रहे थे। उन्होंने बताया कि स्कूल प्रशासन से मांग की है कि सर्दी में स्कूल समय में बदलाव कर आठ बजे के बाद का समय रखा जाए। क्रिसमस और नव वर्ष पर होने वाली छुट्टियों की घोषणा जल्द कर बच्चों को भीषण ठंड से राहत दी जाए।
सर्दी को लेकर पिछले सत्र में ही शिक्षा निदेशालय की ओर से बदलाव किया गया है। इसके तहत सात जनवरी से स्कूलों में छुट्टी होना तय किया गया है। लेकिन इस बार सर्दी पहले शुरू हो गई है। ऐसे में शिक्षा निदेशालय की अग्रिम आदेश आने का इंतजार किया जा रहा है। क्योंकि पहले २१ से ३१ दिसंबर तक सरकारी स्कूलों में छुट्टी हुआ करती थी’।

स्कूल में आग लगने से रिकार्ड हुआ नष्ट

राई त्न जाखौली गांव के राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक स्कूल में अज्ञात कारणों से आग लग गई। आग से स्कूल का रिकार्ड जलकर नष्ट हो गया। प्राचार्य ने राई थाना में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है।
पुलिस को दी शिकायत में प्राचार्य रणधीर सिंह ने बताया कि देर रात अज्ञात कारणों से स्कूल के एक कमरे में आग लग गई। स्कूल में रह रहे प्रवासी मजदूरों ने आग पर नियंत्रण पाया। आग से स्कूल का रिकार्ड, अलमारी, फर्नीचर व अन्य सामान जल गया। मोर ने आशंका जताई कि आग लगाने का कारण शार्ट सर्किट हो सकता है। उधर, बताया जा रहा है कि जिस कमरे में आग लगी, उसकी एक खिड़की सड़क की साइड थी, जो खुली हुई थी।

सर्दी बढ़ी, नर्सरी से लेकर यूकेजी तक के स्कूल बंद

पटना/एजेंसी। बिहार में पड़ रही कड़ाके की सर्दी ने लोगों की दिनचर्या बिगाड़ दी है। राजधानी पटना में बढ़ी सर्दी के कारण शनिवार से नर्सरी से लेकर यूकेजी तक के विद्यालयों को बंद रखने का आदेश जारी किया गया है। शुक्रवार को यहां इस मौसम का सबसे सर्द दिन है।

पटना में पिछले पांच दिनों से लोगों को धूप के दर्शन नहीं हो रहे हैं। शाम होते ही कोहरा घिर आता है जो अगले दिन दोपहर तक बना रहता है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार शुक्रवार को पटना का न्यूनतम तापमान 6.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया है जबकि राज्य में गया सबसे सर्द क्षेत्र रहा, जहां का न्यूनतम तापमान 5.2 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया।

पटना के जिलाधिकारी संजय कुमार सिंह ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि 17 से 25 दिसम्बर तक जिले के सभी विद्यालयों में नर्सरी से यूकेजी तक की कक्षाओं को बंद रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है। इस बीच आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग ने राज्य के सभी जिलाधिकारियों को सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर अलाव जलाने का निर्देश दिया है।

मौसम विभाग के निदेशक अनिमेष चंद्रा ने बताया कि मौसम में अगले एक-दो दिनों तक कोई बदलाव के आसार नहीं हैं। आर्द्रता बढ़ने के कारण कोहरा छाया हुआ है।

मप्र में सर्दी बढ़ी, स्कूलों का समय बदला

भोपाल/आईएएनएस। तापमान मे जारी गिरावट ने मध्य प्रदेश में ठिठुरन बढ़ा दी है। सुबह की धुंध और सर्दी का असर ज्यादा होने के कारण राजधानी भोपाल के अलावा ग्वालियर के भी स्कूलों के समय में बदलाव किया गया है।

बीते एक सप्ताह में मौसम के मिजाज में आए बदलाव के चलते राज्य के अधिकांश इलाकों का न्यूनतम तापमान 10 डिग्री सेल्सियस के नीचे पहुंच गया है। कई इलाकों में तो यह दो डिग्री के आसपास है। बढ़ती ठंड से सबसे ज्यादा परेशानी बच्‍चों को होती है, लिहाजा स्कूलों के समय मे बदलाव किया जा रहा है ।

भोपाल में स्कूल अब सुबह साढ़े आठ और ग्वालियर में नौ बजे के बाद खुलेंगें। यह व्यवस्था बुधवार से लागू होगी। इंदौर में पहले ही स्कूलों का समय सुबह नौ बजे किया जा चुका है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक उत्तरी हवाओं का रुख प्रदेश की ओर होने के कारण सर्दी बढ़ी है। आने वाले दिनों में इसका असर और बढ़ सकता है।

राजस्थान बोर्ड की सीनियर सेकंडरी परीक्षा 15 मार्च से
अजमेर.राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड ने अगले साल होने वाली परीक्षाओं का कार्यक्रम सोमवार को घोषित कर दिया। सीनियर सेकंडरी की परीक्षाएं 15 मार्च और सैकंडरी की परीक्षाएं 22 मार्च से शुरू होंगी।

बिन वकील जीत ली जंग: अनपढ़ महिला ने RTI से वापस ली नौकरी

11 साल पार्ट टाइम नौकरी करने वाली धर्मी देवी को बीएसएनएल ने गैर कानूनी ढंग से निकाल दिया था। उसके 16 माह के वेतन पर रोक लगा दी ई थी।
लेबर कोर्ट मंडी ने 28 नवंबर को बीएसएनएल को आदेश दिए कि 12 दिसंबर से पहले धर्मी देवी का पिछले 16 महीनों को वेतन दिया जाए। हालांकि अभी तक नौकरी की बहाली के बारे में कोई निर्देश लेबर कोर्ट की ओर से नहीं दिए गए थे, लेकिन बीएसएनएल ने गलती सुधारते हुए धर्मी देवी को नौकरी पर रखने के आदेश दिए हैं। जिला श्रम अधिकारी आरएस राणा ने धर्मी देवी सहित आठ लोगों की नौकरी बहाल होने की पुष्टि की है।

बीएसएनएल को आदेश दिए गए थे कि 12 दिसंबर तक वह धर्मी देवी के पिछले वेतन का भुगतान कर दें। उसे पैसे भी मिल गए हैं और नौकरी भी बहाल हो गई है।

बिहार में TET परीक्षा शुरू, कई केन्द्रों पर जमकर हंगामा

पटना. बिहार में दो दिनों तक चलने वाली शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) मंगलवार को प्रारम्भ हो गई। इस परीक्षा में 25 लाख से ज्यादा परीक्षार्थी शामिल हो रहे हैं। परीक्षा के पहले दिन कई परीक्षा केंद्रों पर हंगामा हुआ।

दो पालियों में होने वाली परीक्षा में पहले दिन जहां एक से वर्ग पांच तक के शिक्षक बनने वाले अभ्यार्थी भाग ले रहे हैं तो वहीं दूसरे दिन मध्य विद्यालय के शिक्षक बनने वाले अभ्यार्थी हिस्सा लेंगे। एक अधिकारी के अनुसार परीक्षा के पहले दिन भागलपुर, मोतिहारी और मुजफ्फरपुर के कुछ परीक्षा केंद्रों पर जमकर हंगामा होने की खबर है।

28 लाख से ज्यादा अभ्यार्थियों ने भरा था आवेदन पत्र

उल्लेखनीय है कि इस परीक्षा में राज्यभर में 28 लाख से ज्यादा अभ्यार्थियों ने आवेदन पत्र भरा था, जिसमें से 2,22,615 अभ्यार्थियों के आवेदन विभिन्न त्रुटियों के कारण रद्द कर दिए गए। इस परीक्षा में कुल 25 लाख 73 हजार अभ्यार्थी भाग लेंगे, जिनके लिए 1380 परीक्षा केंद्र बनाए गए हैं।

इधर, राज्य के शिक्षा मंत्री पी. के. शाही ने मंगलवार को बताया कि सम्बंधित जिले के जिलाधिकारियों और पुलिस अधीक्षकों को परीक्षा केंद्रों पर नजर रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

AGE RELAXATION:

examination is conducted.

2. There shall be age relaxation of 10 years for women candidates applying to the posts where

recruitment is on the basis of All India Recruitment Test (Post mentioned at Sl.No. 11 to 13, 15 to 18,

20 to 23).

3. Age relaxation to SC, ST, OBC, PH categories will be in accordance with the DoP&T guidelines.

Age will be calculated as on closing date of online application as mentioned in the application form.

पुनर्मूल्यांकन में देरी से बढ़ी छात्रों की परेशानी

कुरुक्षेत्र, विनोद मैहला : कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय की कई कक्षाओं की उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं के पुनर्मूल्यांकन परिणाम न आने से इन विद्यार्थियों को अब परीक्षा में बैठना पड़ गया है। पुनर्मूल्यांकन के लिए पहले ही लाखों छात्र मोटी रकम फीस के तौर पर दे चुके हैं। अब जब परिणाम नहीं आने पर विद्यार्थियों को परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए जेबें हल्की करनी पड़ी हैं। इससे विद्यार्थियों को यह बड़ा आर्थिक झटका लगा है। बता दें कि कुवि का कई कक्षाओं का बीते साल का परिणाम अच्छा नहीं रहा है। इससे काफी संख्या में विद्यार्थियों का परिणाम रि-अपीयर आया है। कई पास तो गए, लेकिन जितने अंक आने की उम्मीद कर रहे थे, उतने अंक नहीं आए। ऐसे विद्यार्थियों ने उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं का पुनर्मूल्यांकन कराया। इसके लिए विद्यार्थियों ने कुवि द्वारा निर्धारित प्रत्येक पेपर के लिए तीन सौ रुपये अदा किए गए हैं। लाखों विद्यार्थियों ने पुनर्मूल्यांकन के लिए आवेदन किया है।

मौलिक व सेकेंडरी शिक्षा के अलग होंगे बीईओ

झज्जर, जागरण संवाद केंद्र : प्रदेश की शिक्षा, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री गीता भुक्कल ने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग में जल्द ही मौलिक शिक्षा व सेकेंडरी शिक्षा के लिए अलग-अलग खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी (बीईओ) होंगे। इस कार्य से शिक्षा विभाग की कार्यक्षमता बढ़ेगी और विभाग के अधिकारियों पर वर्कलोड कम होगा। उन्होंने यह बात शहर में अपने निवास स्थान पर रविवार को लोगों की समस्याएं सुनने के बाद कही। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि बीईओ के पद को एचसीएस अलाइड सेवा में शामिल किए जाने से जहां खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों के पदों में इजाफा होगा। मुख्यमंत्री प्रदेश में गुणात्मक शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए गंभीर हैं। जिस कारण शिक्षा की दृष्टि से पिछले ब्लाक में आरोह स्कूल तथा किसान मॉडल स्कूल जैसी परियोजनाओं को अमलीजामा पहनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने शिक्षकों की भर्ती से संबंध में कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार की आरक्षण नीति के तहत आरोह स्कूलों के लिए भर्ती होने वाले शिक्षकों की भर्ती में अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति, पिछड़ा वर्ग व अन्य जरूरमंद वर्गो को आरक्षण दिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत स्कूलों की संख्या में इजाफा किया जाएगा। साथ ही जिन स्कूलों में विद्यार्थियों की संख्या कम है, वहां नए सत्र में ज्यादा से ज्यादा दाखिले कराने का प्रयास किया जाएगा और ड्रॉप आउट की संख्या में कमी लाने की कोशिश की जाएगी। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि विभाग में पदोन्नति का लंबे समय से इंतजार कर रहें कर्मचारियों, अधिकारियों व शिक्षकों को जल्द ही खुशखबरी मिलेगी। पदोन्नति से संबंधित फाइलें आगे बढ़ाई जा चुकी हैं। लोकपाल विधेयक के संबंध में शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहां कि इस मामले में कांग्रेस का शुरू से सशक्त लोकपाल लाने की नीति रहीं थी। यूपीए अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन के नेतृत्व में सरकार 21 दिसंबर को सदन में सशक्त लोकपाल बिल पेश करेगी और फिर इस पर लोकसभा व राज्यसभा में चर्चा कराई जाएगी। ताकि भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ कांग्रेस की लड़ाई को मजबूती मिल सके। अभी तो विदेशों में भी मिलेगी संपत्ति : इनेलो नेता डॉ. अजय चौटाला की हिमाचल प्रदेश में संपत्ति जब्त करने से संबंधित मामले पर शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार में आकंठ डूबे नेताओं के लिए यह अच्छा सबक है। सिर्फ हिमाचल प्रदेश ही नहीं, बल्कि देश के अन्य प्रदेशों यहां तक कि विदेशों में भी चौटाला परिवार की बेनामी संपत्ति है। ऐसे नेता अन्ना के नाम पर ईमानदारी का दम भरते हैं। ऐसे नेताओं के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। नियमितीकरण नीति पर ऐतराज : चंडीगढ़ू : सर्व कर्मचारी संघ हरियाणा ने सरकार की नियमितीकरण नीति में संशोधन को नाकाफी बताया है। संघ का कहना है कि जब तक 10 अप्रैल 1999 को रोजगार कार्यालय से स्वीकृत खाली पदों के विरुद्ध भर्ती व अन्य लगाई शर्तो को नहीं हटाया जाएगा, तब तक पार्ट टाइम, अनुबंध, डेली वेजिस व तदर्थ कर्मचारियों को इस नीति का लाभ नहीं होगा।

एचटेट में विकलांग श्रेणी के परीक्षार्थियों को भी छूट दी जाएगी।

प्रदेश के सभी विभागों में विकलांग कोटे के रिक्त एवं बैकलॉग सभी पदों जल्द भरा जाएगा। शिक्षा विभाग के साथ-साथ सभी विभागों से विकलांग व अन्य खाली पड़े पदों की सूची मंगवाई गई है। एचटेट में विकलांग श्रेणी के परीक्षार्थियों को भी छूट दी जाएगी। यह बात प्रदेश की शिक्षा मंत्री गीता भुक्कल ने खरखौदा में सीपीएस जयवीर के पुत्र दीपक व पुत्रवधू को आशीर्वाद देने के बाद पत्रकारों से बातचीत में कही। हिसार में हुए दीपक के शादी समारोह में सीएम भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा सहित प्रदेश के कई दिग्गज नेताओं ने भाग लिया।

इस मौके पर शिक्षा मंत्री गीता भुक्कल ने कहा कि शिक्षक भर्ती बोर्ड का गठन करने के लिए औपचारिकताएं पूरी की जा चुकी हैं। प्रदेश में काफी संख्या में शिक्षकों की भर्ती की जानी है। शिक्षा विभाग ने इस संदर्भ में पूरा खाका तैयार कर लिया है। सबसे अधिक भर्ती प्राथमिक अध्यापकों की होनी है। शिक्षा अधिकार नियमों के तहत प्रदेश के सभी स्कूलों में छात्रों की संख्या के मुताबिक प्रति 30 छात्रों पर एक शिक्षक भर्ती करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
