भर्ती के खिलाफ कोर्ट में डाली याचिका
जागरण संवाद केंद्र, जींद : हरियाणा विधानसभा में विज्ञापन संख्या 6/2012 तथा 3/2013 के तहत निकाली गई डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी की निकाली गई भर्तियों के मामले में चयनित न होने वाले उम्मीदवारों ने माननीय हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है और अलग-अलग याचिकाएं दायर की हैं। इस मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने स्पीकर हरियाणा विधानसभा, सेक्रेटरी हरियाणा विधानसभा सहित छह को नोटिस जारी किया है। 1इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 20 सितंबर को होगी। माननीय हाईकोर्ट ने हरियाणा विधानसभा के विभिन्न पदों के लिए जारी की गई नियुक्तियों के लिए एक जनवरी 2003 से अब तक किए गए नियम बदलावों की सूचना साथ लाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। हरियाणा विधानसभा में पांच मार्च 2012 को एडहोक पर नारायणदत्त की ज्वाइनिंग कराई, लेकिन ज्वाइनिंग के समय उसके

जींद 1हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग की ओर से विज्ञापन संख्या 3/2009 के तहत की गई स्कूल लेक्चरर भर्ती में साक्षात्कार के लिए निर्धारित अंकों को हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई है। कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार व एचपीएससी को नोटिस जारी किया है। सुनवाई 13 नवंबर को होगी। 1हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग ने जून 2009 में विज्ञापन संख्या 3/2009 के तहत विभिन्न विषयों के स्कूल लेक्चरर के लिए आवेदन मांगे थे। लिखित परीक्षा दिसंबर 2010 में आयोजित की गई और लिखित परीक्षा का परिणाम भी दिसंबर 2010 में घोषित कर दिया गया था, लेकिन कुछ कोर्ट केस के चलते भर्ती प्रक्रिया 2012 में जाकर पूरी हुई थी। असफल उम्मीदवारों ने सूचना के अधिकार के तहत भर्ती में अपनाए गए मापदंडों की जानकारी मांगी तो
